Ng Beng Lean

Beng Lean Ng enjoys observing human behavior. A linguist by training, she lectured at Monash University Malaysia before moving into an administrative role to fully utilize her skills in educational management. She thrives on developing new projects and works well in diverse scenarios and challenges. She advocates awareness-based leadership and has a strong passion to reach out to as many people as possible through education.
