Mollie Boyd is a speaker and trainer with Grow with Google. She aims to help startups, SME’s, entrepreneurs, job seekers and students to better understand digital tools and resources that support people to grow their careers and businesses as technology. Along with her skills and knowledge in digital marketing, Mollie also specialises in self development, youth empowerment and women leadership with special emphasis on diversity and inclusion. The second workshop, ‘Riding the Rough Waves’ by Zest Connection places a spotlight on mental health and mindfulness. This workshop aims to provide students a healing space amidst the current depressing times. Students will be taught the importance of practicing mindfulness and how to apply it into daily life. Mindfulness will help students in living with intent and avoid feeling empty in their repetitive lifestyle. Students can also listen to the plight of others and relate with each other’s struggles as part of a sharing session in the workshop.
