Evelyn Rebekah Wee Chia May

Evelyn has been with SPAIR for more than a year now since her foundation days. Aside from the other clubs she's involved in, Evelyn is also actively involved in managing and helping prestigious marketing events held on campus and off campus. Furthermore, she is also a Student Speaker for giving the IT briefing during orientations and occasionally a Student Talent for Campus TV Videos and national advertisements.

Evelyn, President of SPAIR, aims to set the goals, plans, and strategies to assess the direction of the club, which ensures that it meets the stated mission and vision. Additionally, Evelyn takes the leadership role of overseeing the progress of the members and the club as a whole on a day-to-day basis. She communicates with departmental directors and the executive committee to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities. She also oversees the schedule of events and is empowered to appoint assistants for any and all projects. As the organization’s figurehead, Evelyn is the manager, the leader, the decision-maker & the regulator of the club.
She hopes for a broader club image among the students and the public.

Evelyn is often reminded that leadership is not only a position, but an action and example.
